Great place to stay

This place was excellent. We stayed there our last night in the UK because it was close to the airport. I wish we had stayed there the whole time we stayed in Central London. The staff was great, the rooms were large, the food was good. It was just an overall good experience.

Easy check-in. Ideal for Terminal 3 using Hoppa bus direct from hotel to terminal. Food and drinks at bar reasonable. Room was quiet, clean and a good shower.

Lovely hotel, very friendly reception staff, great runway views . The bar and restaurant were too expensive though and food not worth £24 for a main meal. Plus service was added on bill. Will stay again though, just not eat or drink in hotel

Really disappointed with our stay. We were given the key to the room with no direction of how to get there. Had to go back to the desk once after not finding it - were given directions and got to our room at 10 PM and our room was still being cleaned and we were told we could not enter. We had to stand outside of the room with all of our luggage while they got a managed to check the room. After a long day of traveling and it being 10 PM, this was completely unacceptable

1st, I got an accidental upgrade from a queen interior room to a king runway view. The bed was HUGE, comfy and a pleasure to sleep in. Bathroom was a bit cramped, and the door needs to be sanded and painted. Loads of hot water in the shower, and it took no time to arrive. Pressure was strong. I absolutely love the fact that the room also had both USB-A and USB-C charging ports next to the bed. One of the outlets at the desk was a standard European jack as well. This place is pretty well appointed, in a great location that’s just outside Heathrow. Great staff.
