W12 Rooms is a convenient place to stay in London. When we arrived, the reception staff were friendly. However, the building is currently covered in scaffolding and wrapped. If I'd known, I would not have booked. You could not see out of the room. The room itself was quite small (a Deluxe room). The runner on the bed was filthy and unclean. It had stains and marks all over it. The room had a quick turnover and a quick clean. The amenities were minimal. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like a waterbed. I probably wouldn't recommend unless you're staying for one evening in London.

Very good and convenient accomodation close to the centre. I especially appreciated the staff, who were very attentive, polite and helpful. The area offers many restaurants and shops, Westfield shopping centre, it's close to tube and railway.

Was a great stay. Staff were wonderful. Extremely convenient location for access to the train (tube/underground), made traveling to areas of the city super easy. Mall is also right there! Rooms (or least mine was) considered small, perfect for a solo person or simple couple. Enjoy.

Affordable London accommodation.

Very good for short London stay. Room small but comfortable. Very warm clean and well managed with very friendly helpful staff readily available. On a main road so there is muffled traffic noise, and some noise from the adjacent underground trains. But we enjoyed our stay and easy access to central London via Tube line.

I was having an operation on both my eyes at Optical Express White City on Monday and had to return the next day for a checkup. I booked the room as it looked very clean (was) & was near Shepherd's Bush station, one stop from White City. They were extremely helpful, especially on the Monday, when I had very restricted sight & even read the instructions on the medication out to me.
