Ok but wouldnt stay again

It was ok. There was no way to control the temperature in my room - it was freezing while getting ready in the mornings. My room was right next to their cleaning cupboard and the staff were incredibly loud and even hit my door (on accident ofcourse) twice one morning. There is no buffer at the bottom of the doors to stop drafts and noise (very noisy hallways) and no cover for the peephole on the doors inside the room. There was also bits on my floor when i checked in on my first night - stones, fluff. When you come out the lift onto the floor theres no indications on which rooms are on which side which was unhelpful as i had to drag my case around the corners to check. Staff were friendly though.

It’s priced at a premium yet the windows don’t open, the AC controller had been removed. Also 3 of the 5 blinds were broken and wouldn't raise as the strings inside them were snapped/cut. The bed was decent, food was too. But why hotels think it’s ok to not have some sort of ventilation I’ll never understand.
