Great service. We were able to check into our room as soon as we arrived (11:30am) and they upgraded us to a stadium view for free just as an act of kindness. Very comfy beds and good spacious room (Twin Room)

Arrived at the hotel, parking was easy and close by. Very short walk to the hotel. I had decided to enhance my stay after receiving an email from the hotel-£30 for upgrade to stadium view(twin room) which I selected and also booked a table for dinner at 8pm. Upon arriving staff were friendly, reception area did smell of cannabis but must have been from a guests clothing which can’t be helped by the staff. Noticed this several times around lifts and reception. Arrived in room to discover no stadium view and also beds set up as doubles. Checked the link and the upgrade and table reservation were pending plus the price said £60 so I cancelled the enhancement. Returned to reception and got new room which was correctly set up as a double. As I made my way to the elevator I heard another receptionist offer someone a stadium view for £15. Overall the hotel was fine, room was clean and very close to the stadium and as we were there for a tour it was an ideal location. The food in the Barr was good and staff there were also friendly.

The hotel was located right next to Old Trafford which is the coolest part about it. The car park is several minutes away by car (just a few minute walk) which wasn't the most convenient. The room was fine, the shower drainage was very poor so had to take very quick showers so you weren't stood in 4 inches of water.
