The staff were friendly and polite. The lobby and bar/restaurant area were clean. However, the hallways and room were dated and not very clean. Specifically the skirting boards were thick with dust and the bathroom was of the last occupants facial hair. Also. The toilet seat was broke.

The Hotel had building work going on but didnt notice much noise at all. Was able to check in 5 hours early which was brilliant. Room was spotless, beds were really comfy loads of pillows. Staff were really friendly. Less than 10 mins walk to the shops and the stadium. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back again.

The staff here were excellent. We had a problem with the room we were given (due to an Expedia issue) but staff were so kind and accommodating. Thank you so very much. Within walking distance to arenas and city centre.
From check in to check out staff very friendly helpful and professional. Rooms spacious,clean warm and very comfortable. Bathroom large and very clean, amenities excellent. Great location for transport links, shops and city centre restaurants etc

Always a great plsce to stay Manager on reception so good remembered me after not having been for a while
I would like to commend Eunice from the housekeeping department for her exceptional service. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist set a standard that I have never witnessed elsewhere, even after hundreds of hotel stays. Additionally, the reception team was professional and efficient.

Didn't have breakfast or use the bar.
Room was okay, bed comfy.
Bathroom coulf do with a refurb it's looking a bit sad. Sink chipped and cracked, grouting dirty, floor has marks etc Didn't spoil my trip and would stay again.
