All my belongings were removed due to an error in their system marking my stay as vacated. They also acknowledged that, due to miscommunication. However there was a poor response from the management team and no proper resolution for the loss. This is worst experience and worst management response which I received.

Appalling treatment at check in. Apparently having 2 guests with the same name means that Leonardo are unable to cope. And then correcting their error, they managed to get a refund wrong and initially gave it to another person with my name, despite assurances to the contrary. In addition, the room was quite noisy with road traffic despite being on floor 5 - the windows did not dampen this as much as they should. Regarding parking, the rates quoted for a 3rd party car park are not correct so this cost more than expected.

It was for one night we arrived early and they let us check in, we only used the room as we were booked out at a restaurant. Clean room, staff were very accommodating We did not book a breakfast as we thought it was expensive
