This is a real gem. I have to be honest and say when I arrived and looked at the outside, I did wonder if I had the right place. But, the place is excellent, the breakfast is amazing and the service is excellent. I would certainly stay again

Nice and convenient hotel in central Plymouth, with free parking, comfortable room (we stayed in family room - great with a little one) and good breakfast

We’re with a child and offered a bigger room, made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and was like good restaurant.

excellent

Pros: It was everything I wanted and/or needed for a single night stay, and the staff were very helpful and friendly in their dealings with me.
Cons: -
Location: Very close to the Hoe and sea front walks, plus the same distance from the City Centre and within walking distance from the Railway Station.
I only stayed the one night, as in Plymouth on business, and always like to try the small privately owned establishments rather than the large chain hotels. They rarely disappoint and The Imperial certainly didn't and was in fact one of the nicest i have stayed in for a while. Their 'score' on the media sites is warranted in my opinion

Very nice, well run hotel.

Pros: Friendliness, cleanliness and it’s condition.
Cons: Not really
Location: Very near the hoe, we went on a Gin distillery tour.
We stopped for one night, we were given a choice of rooms and were made to feel very wellcome immmeadiatly on entering. Our room was both spacious and clean, we certainly had very good value for money. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and should we visit Plymouth again we will stop there.

Excellent independent guesthouse close to The Hoe.

Pros: Facilities and friendly staff
Cons: Nothing major really
Location: Walks along Plymouth Hoe, walk to The Barbican for little shops and restaurants and also walking distance to the shopping centre.
The owners and staff made us very welcome and made sure we enjoyed our stay and had all we needed. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.
