"Huone tilava ja siisti, mutta kulunut. Tyynyt aivan surkeat.Jos valitsee merinäköalan, parvekkeelle ei paista aurinko lainkaan. Meidät sijoitettiin ylimpään 17. kerrokseen, jonne ei päässyt hissillä, kulku oli remontissa olevan epämääräisen portaikon kautta. Allasalue ihana ja tuulelta suojassa. Aamiainen ok, mutta puoli hoidon illallinen rimanalitus. Kaikki lämmin ruoka oli lopussa klo 20, vaikka illallisaikaa oli vielä 2 h. Kokki ei tehnyt elettäkään täydentääkseen tyhjiä tarjoiluastioita. "Aamupalalla oli sopivasti vaihtoehtoja, kaikki oli tuoretta ja oikein maistuvaa. Hotellin tilat oli pääosin myös hienot ja remontoidut. Haittapuolena oli äänieristyksen puute huoneessa. Kaikki käytävän ja viereisten huoneiden äänet kuuluivat selkeästi. Huoneen wc ovi ei myöskään toiminut kunnolla. Asiakaspalvelun taso muistutti myös enemmän kolmen kuin neljän tähden hotellia, mutta ei se täysin huonokaan ollut. Asialle ei esimerkiksi tehty mitään kun sanoimme, että tv ei yhdistä nettiin. "
