Terrible location, out of the way, drug dealers around. Room was like a pridon cell. Very small and not at all like the pictures. Was due to stay 3 nights, only stayed one. Felt very unsafe. Please can you srnd me your complaints procedure

Very uncomfortable bed. Tiny toilet. Shower door see theough and opens into the bedroom so if you're sharing its awkward. Not guaranteed a parking space in their tiny car park. Only good thing is its clean.

Noise throughout night by rowdy guests - who act as if there are no restrictions on anti social behavior… hotel should have security patrol corridors and address offenders . No visibility of even one security presence- that might act as a deterrent

The room was clean and comfortable. I stopped one night with my daughter and we both slept well. We didn't take up the food option on this stay, but there was options to have food delivered in from specials offers showing around the lobby.

If you need a place to stay for a gig or an event, ibis budget gets the job done nicely. Room was exceptionally clean when we arrived and staff were friendly. Just be prepared to not have tea and coffee facilities in your room, but plenty of coffee machines available down in reception.

I understand this is a basic budget hotel but no kettle paper cups okay, for the environment nothing else just a room to stay in fact we didn't stay after taking most of the afternoon trying to find the place as there are a few ibis hotels in the vicinity.Asking for directions over and over again until a kind person saw we were trying to locate this hotel showed us where to go.I booked another hotel for the night costing 75 pounds and came back home early after one night in another hotel
