The room we were provided was for people with mobility issues. As a result we did not feel comfortable using the bathroom. It lacked towel rods, the shower was too small with the assistance equipment present. The restaurant staff for breakfast was in a hurry to clear out our table, we felt rushed. There was a server who picked up bread off the floor and did not change gloves prior to resuming restocking the bread.

Great well maintained hotel right by Heathrow. Took maybe 10 minutes to get to terminal 5 from the bus outside. Food was surprisingly good.

Great hotel near Heathrow

Fantastic customer service, clean room & great breakfast. I’m gluten free & I was well catered for, staff couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. Only down side was pillows weren’t great, couldn’t feel any difference between firm, soft or natural - actually we couldn’t tell which was which, they all felt big & fairly firm. More variety & low/ medium profile would be good. Would definitely stay again

Ideal for Krakow visitors

A very modest entry with reception on the first floor. Lift available, very antiquated with room for 2 cases and 1 person. Reception v friendly directed us to our 2nd floor room. Big surprise, we had a 2 bed apartment, with newly fitted bathroom, no kitchen but included a mini fridge. One double bed and a twin bedded room with tea and coffee. Convenience store just round the corner and a tram stop nearby. A pleasant 10 minute stroll gets you to the main square in old town, so v well placed. Great base for seeing Krakow, would recommend.

Restaurant was a highlight. Room had a few issues in terms of cleanliness, mostly watermarks on the sink as if it hadnt been wiped down from previous occupant. Otherwise nice spacious room. Would be nice to offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Hair dryer in room didn’t work, we had just arrived by plane and it was 10pm. No one would answer the phone at the front desk or at housekeeping so I had to get dressed, walk down to the front desk with wet hair and beg for a new hairdryer to be brought to me. Because I quickly catch a cold if my hair is too wet. New hairdryer was brought quickly but the a/c in the room blows right onto the bed…it was too hot to turn it off at night. Wish there was a way to change the direction of the a/c vent and wish people would answer the phone when calling from the room.
