The room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a very short walk to the Wembley stadiums. We will definitely return for another stay.

Photos are false advertising. Once you leave the reception area the hotel is dated and feels dirty. The room had stains on the floor that looked filthy. Door room numbers wrote on cardboard and stuck on doors, tired decor and not nice feel to the place. The breakfast wasn’t much better, not greeted or told what happens at breakfast. The hotel had arranged balloons for my daughter’s birthday and confirmed this with me; but on the day this didn’t happen. The hotel then ignored messages via Expedia.

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment! No light in the lift, carpets split and are a dangerous health and safety issue! Lights and heating control panel, was hanging off the wall in our room!! Breakfast was so disappointing, we didn't bother to stay!!

Bedroom was a decent size but a little draughty when the wind blew. Some lights didn't work. Room clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast room cold and cooked food only on request. Buffet was nothing more than average.

Run down, odd smell, the fridge froze our drinks which we had to get from the market over the road as the bar was closed - on a Saturday night! The room was unbearably hot with no functioning window and despite turning the air con as low as it would go, it kept defaulting to 25 degrees! Would not recommend
