We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. Hotel staff were fantastic - very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and breakfast wasvery good with a wide choice. Would recommend this hotel and we look forward to going back there again in the future.

Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. The pizza was also delicious. My only complaint is that there are not enough plug sockets in the room. My daughter and I had to take it in turns to charge our devices. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel.

We stayed at the hotel when we went to see Anna Voyage, owing to its convenience to the venue I think a lot of people do the same It was a short walk to the railway station and easy access to central London I’d happily recommend the hotel. All of the staff were terrific, inc great recommendations for a couple of excellent local restaurants

Nice stay we were upgraded to king Edward suite it was clean and comfortable. I would say the ensuite could have been bigger. Shower screen was sliding off and shower was smelling of sewage. Did tell reception when we left. Bathroom could done with a freshen up on paintwork.

I stayed one night as I was going to a concert at the O2 which was really straightforward to get to using the DLR close to the hotel. The hotel is also very popular for those going to ABBA Voyage. Staff were welcoming and friendly. My room was overlooking the courtyard and very quiet. The bed was comfy and the room warm but aircon can be adjusted easily. The shower is an overhead rainfall type which was powerful enough. Towels were soft and large which is very unusual and much appreciated. There was a good selection of hot and cold food, cereal, yogurts, pastries and fruit provided for breakfast. The hotel will also look after luggage if you want to do some shopping at nearby Westfield or sightseeing around the Olympic Park area before heading home. I’d highly recommend a stay at The Westbridge Hotel.

The hotel looks uninspiring from the outside but enter and you'll receive a lovely welcome from all of the staff. The hotel decor is stylish and comfortable. Our deluxe double room with balcony was spacious, stylish, clean and very comfortable. Free water bottles each day. The breakfast was amazing, loads of choice on a self serve basis. Not the most desirable area but it felt safe and is only a 10 minute walk to Stratford International rail/tube.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The bath towels have to be the best I’ve ever come across. Thick and large and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Very clean and well presented modern room.
