The staff were very helpful but some amenity faults such as in first room shower leaked into floor below so we were not able to use shower in the room. They provided another room for additional nights however shower in that room was very difficult to get water to temperature you could shower in.

Good location, and the hotel smells amazing, but the room wasn't properly cleaned and the decor needs an update. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE Photos do not reflect the rooms. Filthy marks all over the walls and doors. Cracked tiles and work surface. Paper thin walls and noisy all night. No phone in room to get assistance and TV did not work. Room had not been cleaned before I checked in. Asked for it to be cleaned when I went out and the cleaner rolled her eyes... They then cleaned up a bit in the bedroom but nothing in the bathroom. Have not responded to complaint I made.

Average stay, in need of a re do in hotel

Average stay, hotel room was ok to lay your head down in a good location. Property old and run down, in need to a re do. Wi dow seal's broken, holes and dents in places and a sink that wouldn't drain correctly. Hotel contacted us to say we were unable to have you stay due work within the hotel and offered us a new location but we were unable to this offer due to location. Informed the hotel of this and never received any further communication on it, messaged and rang a few times but was ignored. Thankful hotels.com rang and spoke to hotel and sported it out. There was no work being done around or in the hotel at the time we stayed there, so not sure why they told us we couldnt stay but then changed their mind

HOTEL FROM HELL!

Do not stay here! Got to the hotel, then taken around the corner to another building, which we thought was strange. Firstly, thought the room had an odour about it, so opened a window, only to find it was broken, and didn't shut or lock.There was no kettle or cups, we had to go to the other building for these! There was a hob, cupboards sink & tv in the room, all filthy, tv was melted underneath, and hob was broken and unsafe, dirty beyond belief, microwave the same. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, not cleaned at all, dirty sink toilet & bath/ shower, mould & dirt everywhere, hairs that were not ours! Dirty floors and cabinet/mirror. Had to wipe around with their towels before using! We also had someone knock on our door to tell us we were talking too loud! There was continuous noise and doors banging all night people in and out constantly. In the morning, we were asked to hurry up & leave as they wanted to clean! My husband then complained about everything, only to be told by the man that he wasn't the owner. To say we are fuming is an understatement! The hotel is NOT as advertised at all, it's disgusting and filthy, and tbey obviously couldn't care less. If i was HOTELS.COM i would take them off my website and do an investigation. We have stayed in loads of hotels all over London & other places through HOTELS.COM , and never been so disapointed. We want a full refund, and a review/ inspection, so others don't have to experience this. The train station is cleaner!

Awful place

Arrived at 2am. Didn't complain as too late & too tired. Reception was smelly, room was down the side street & round the back. Room was smelly. Curtains were absolutely filthy. Bed was broken. Didn't actually feel very safe. Didn't sleep & got out of there as soon as we could in the morning.

Location is convenient, but a bit more of cleaning would be good as the floors and the kitchenette were quite dirty. Bed sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfy, but bathtub needed a renovation as the silicone needed a change and the drain didn't work well.

Staff were really nice, but the place itself was dirty, dirty towels and the bathroom floor had dirt noticeably. You literally get what you pay for, the train station is 4 min away from the hotel so that’s a plus

The hotel out door area had bags of trash all over. The room itself was dirty and the windows would not close. The windows that did close would also not lock. The furniture was damaged and unable to hold up to small handbags of weight. The property felt very unsafe.

Our room wasn’t very clean, and there was a damp smell all over. During the first two nights of our stay, our neighbor made noise all night, and we couldn’t sleep well. On the second night, the electricity went out, which led the room manager to change our room the next day. In the new room, the radiator didn’t work, and we had to use an extra radiator that was provided, but it didn’t work properly either. The new room didn’t have a kettle, and even though the hotel manager promised to bring one by the next day, it never arrived. The bathroom drain was clogged, and every time we showered, a lot of water would gather in the tub, which wasn’t hygienic. Additionally, the sheets clearly hadn’t been washed properly.

I was given a choice to take the basement room, so not to take the steps up. The idea was good, but it had constant door shuting and walking in and out, and loud talking so it was really disturbing especially at night time.

By far the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The room had dirt and dust all over. The walls had stains everywhere. The bedding was stained and dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke and old food cooking. The towel warmers in the bathroom were on high heat and you could not turn them down. It made the entire room very hot. The front desk said they could not turn them down. If you receive a basement room, you will pull your phone out and start looking for a different hotel seconds after walking in the room. Words can not describe how bad the rooms are. We have stayed in bad hotels, but this was the worst. We would never stay at a W6 hotel again. Sleeping on a bench at the airport would be an upgrade from this hotel.

We stayed in a standard studio and it was disgusting, I tried to find any other hotel but none with availability at such late notice. Brown smears everywhere in the bathroom and walls in the bedroom, greasy pan and stuff in the sink. Wouldn’t wish this stay upon anyone.
