Stayed for 1 night (a Sunday) as visiting in the area. Staff that we interacted with, were courteous. The room provided everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Minor gripes with the way breakfast was laid out and it was not clear that we could pay to park at reception, as outside suggested using an app, but I would stay here again for the price paid.

It was really good for the most part—my only big complaint was why in the world would someone select parsley celery body wash and kale something shampoo?? No woman wants to smell like that…and I can’t imagine any guy would.

Needs Free Shuttle Bus Service

Hotel is very nice in every way, BUT is a pain to get to and from Heathrow, just not convenient. Hotel really needs to lay on a free shuttle bus service, otherwise would not use again, which is a shame.

Good value convenient to airport

We wanted to be close to Heathrow to drop off our hire car and this is 15-20 minutes away without having to go onto the M4 or M25. Easy drive in to the countryside and Windsor. Friendly staff, large free breakfast. The rooms are small but adequate, parking is extra and the spaces a bit tight. Overall a good choice for a night or two and much cheaper than Windsor.

Great hotel , inaccurate name.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent , food and facilities. My only problem with it is the name referring to terminal 5 as it is a £30 taxi journey from terminal 5
