Great location across the beach. Room was spacious and clean aside from a carton of opened juice in the mini fridge. The only window in the room faced the indoor courtyard, we would have preferred a window with an outdoor view. At night until around 10:30/11:00pm we could hear music but could not tell if that was from within the premises or from a nearby establishment. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall a good stay but will look for a hotel in a quieter area in the future.

Nice location. Big bar and excellent breakfast. Rooms were good, clean with comfy beds (pillows a bit hard but requested soft ones and were delivered to our room quickly). Nice pool. Didn't use Steam room or Sauna as they were small and busy. Male changing rooms are small and you ended up in everyone's way trying to get to lockers and getting changed. Good price (parking is expensive but very convenient). Didn't really like the constant smell of air freshening units - although I am always a bit sensitive to strong smells and no one else in my family complained about it.

This is our second time at this hotel, we went back as last time was very good, so we needed a mini break as it’s my 30th birthday weekend when we check in The people who works in reception were very nice. the room looked okay nothing special. When we went to the breakfast in the morning there was no tables left as the hotel looked fully booked but there was some area that they closed it for unknown reasons when we asked them to open it they refused because the manager did not let them. So i had to wait with 2 kids for a table. Then when my husband complained about the orange juice taste terrible one if the staff and I believe she is the manager she replied back saying this is what we got and im Italian we don’t drink the juice that you guys drink it here and she walked. It was a bit shocking for us that a professional hotel put people that they can’t even answer in a professional way. Also we went couple of times so they clean the room when we went back the duvet cover was still on the floor, the room doesn’t look like have been cleaned which is also a shock that some 3 stars hotel do better than a 4 star hotel. In general we won’t back there again. It’s overpriced for the service that you got. Completely what a shock very disappointed .

We’ve stayed here before, we’ll stay here again. Really good hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and a superb location. Rooms are good. If I had one criticism it’d be the bar prices. Other than that not much to grumble about at all

Loved my three night stay. Comfortable, clean, central position near the pier and Lanes. Staff brilliant. Always choose to stay here. My only complaints this time were the wait in the long queue for check-in this time and that my fridge wasn’t cold (which I didn’t realise till the last day and forgot to mention).

The hotel is in great location not far from the beach, shops and restaurants. The gym and swimming pool are not great, a lot smaller than pictured you have to walk through gym to get to pool, poor changing facilities. Some of the hotel is ok the main foyer is modern

It was a good stay. The only issue I had was bathroom was not having latches and the bare minimum closure of the door was also not happening due to loose lock of the bathroom. I took family room with 2 kids and it was undue pressure for me to use the bathroom which can open on slightest force ( even when someone close the door of next room). Shared my concern at reception but appeared they were not having option and asked me to visit next day. I somehow managed but privacy gets hit with this. Otherwise property was good. Expedia executive was also not helpful and didn't find him useful, he was in a hurry ( I believe he didn't know what to do - appears poorly trained).So overall rating for Expedia I have given zero and for the property 2. This was a genuine concern
