Smell through the hotel bad drains especially bad in our bathroom , carpet felt sticky underfoot in places, had to pay for extra bedding for a child’s camp bed despite booking a family room and emailing in advance regarding extra bedding. Not enough cups or commodities on the hospitality tray for number of occupants.

An ok hotel ideally located

Close to OVO Arena, which is why I stayed there. Quiet room. Ventilation was poor so it was very warm at night. Linen & towels were spotless. Kettle & ironing in room. Furniture adequate but shabby. Bathroom clean but shabby. Hot water plentiful. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay but for the price I felt it wasn't a good standard in terms of furniture and maintenance. You're paying for the location really so if thats what you are looking for it fits the requirement. Staff were pleasant, professional and helpful.

Great to get free parking on site in London! Shame breakfast was not included if booked via Expedia. Very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast options good. Shame jacuzzi Bath in Junior suite not working!

Clean and tidy with lovely staff. The hotel itself is quite dated but they’re definitely making the best of the facilities they have. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. A great location for anything going on at Wembley arena.

Nice 3 night stay

We stayed for 3 nights in total with a separate booking for the extra night and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this short break. This is a very convenient base for Troubadour theatre and Wembley Park shops and station. The hotel was quiet during our stay, except for some traffic noise, though this was not intrusive enough to prevent sleep. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in sorting out the room safe that someone had kindly locked when they left and a small but unpleasant plumbing problem. All sorted within minutes of informing reception. Good value for money.

One night only. Ever.

Very dated. A bit like a Travelodge that hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Very poor communication from staff. If you are staying for a night and just need a bed, it’s doable but do not book this with high expectations of a relaxing or high standard hotel.

Great location for Wembley and easy travel for central London. Hotel looks from the outside, a little 1980's, there did appear to be some work on the cladding outside so may be in process of upgrading. Reception was welcoming, staff were friendly. As I left, the room staff were outside and went in to clean, I'd left behind a device, but by the time I'd reached the ground floor reception, the cleaning lady had called down to let me know id forgotten something which was reassuring. Would stay again. Didn't use the bar/restaurant during my stay. The room was clean and beds were comfortable
