Amazing hotel. Extremely close to Heathrow airport. Great size room and Hoppa bus to airport very early in the morning. Great service in the bar and very reasonable priced.

The walls were very thin and we didn’t get any sleep even after complaining the staff didn’t manage to get the lady next door to keep quiet. I know situation happen that are out of the hotel’s fault but still could have done something else

When checking in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had been upgraded for free! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The shower was incredibly hot, but when we mentioned it, it was fixed instantly. We’ll definitely be returning! Everyone is very professional.

The entrance to the hotel deinitely has the wow factor and the restaurant is lovely. However, the room was pretty average. The bathroom was very small and compact. The room itself was a decent size but was quite tired looking. Unfortunatley there were some things that had been missed by housekeeping when preparinf the room such as some false eylash remnants on the night stand , a hair on the bed and hair pins on the seats at the table. That being said, there was minimal noise from the airport and other rooms, and the bed was very comfy. One thing i couldnt fault
