Friendly staff but paper-thin walls?

The staff were great from check in to the restaurant. But the room itself seemed to have little sound proofing. Plumbing and talking from neighboring rooms made getting to sleep tough.

A Sheraton stay is always perfect. The rooms are always impeccable. And the staff are first class. Thats why we return time after time. The Sheraton at Colnbrook is our favourite. We love staying here and wouldnt consider anywhere else.

The stay was good, the 350 public bus allowed us to get to the Elisabeth line easily. Kimod and all of his staff in the morning breakfast were friendly and helped with the breakfast needs.

Handy for the airport, great air conditioning in the UK heatwave, coffee machine + tv. 5 min or so drive to Terminal 5 though taxi is quite expensive because of area.
