The staff was very nice, clean, quiet room, the airport shuttle was on time. Our only issue is we left a lightweight dark blue down jacket in the closet ( room 1343?) on May 10-11. We wanted to know if they could mail it back to us at our expense ( it’s worth $150) We called and were told to email the request. We did but never heard back. 😢

Everything good. Just the shuttle bus’s every hour in the afternoon was a bit of a drawback. Taxis very expensive for such a short trip.

Front desk staff were very helpful with printing our boarding tickets. The day we left we were helped with getting our bags on the Hotel Hoppa shuttle. The night before, it was convenient to have an on-site restaurant. The server was very pleasant.
