Big kudos to Cheyenne, the versatile desk clerk/bartender/ fashionista who made our visit so much fun. We went Gaga over Cheyenne, who never failed to entertain and please. Give this man a raise!

Room was very good for hotel star rating. Bathroom was a little tired and would prefer walk in shower. Breakfast was very good and always "topped up". Staff were very friendly.

Stayed overnight for a concert. Nice hotel and good location. Cannot comment on breakfast as didn’t have it but the lad on reception (the one in the Gaga t-shirt) was lovely and accommodating. Sorry we didn’t see you when we got back. The taxi’s were a nightmare. Aside from this, I would use this hotel again if visiting co-op live

Good points-Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Included hot breakfast was a bonus. Ideal location for our needs and easy to find. Bad points-very hard uncomfortable bed where our feet lay higher than our heads. Breakfast coffee was from a machine that tasted so bad we could not drink it.

I was kept awake most of the night because of people talking in the corridor and going in and out of each other’s rooms. These people all knew each other, not sure if they are living in the hotel long term? Staff were friendly, parking ok but chargeable, breakfast basic but ok. But as I couldn’t sleep my stay was terrible!

Good location if you want to be out of the city centre. Hotel is OK clean and comfortable beds. You pay for parking it never used to be like that. Only £4 a night so not to bad.
