Heating not working in room complained to front desk who promised to look into it. Next night no heating this went on all 4days of my stay. Had to wear my clothes all night as it was so cold. When I spoke to other visitors they all had issues with the heating. What sort of hotel does not make guests welfare a priority?

Well looked after ahead of the Bath Half Marathon. We were able to get a late check out if 2pm, which meant I could come back for a shower after the run Staff were very helpful.

I booked a room for two adults and two 17 year olds. The room contained a double bed and a very small ‘double’ sofa bed. The sofa bed might have been large enough for two five year olds but no one older. After a couple of talks with staff, I was given another room so we could be accommodated. We paid £25 for parking and left within the time but still received a £100 parking ticket - do not park there. We are currently trying to appeal the ticket. Not a good experience.

Wonderful weekend in Bath. Very conveniently placed as just a mile from the city centre. Staff were helpful and attentive. The room was perfect for a place to stay.
