Central position, friendly staff, good food, lovely beds, clean rooms and great air conditioning! The only thing disappointing was lack of parking spaces and cost of car park.

We had a pleasant stay, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was adequate. Evening menu not impressive and not much around in the way of eating places. Even though we left our towels hanging they changed them. They offer a range of essentials eg face cloths but after asking on 2 separate days and being told they had run out gave up. Easy walk to city centre.

Wouldn’t recommend the family room. The sofa bed was slightly larger than a single bed and therefore not suitable for 2 people.

Perfect place to stay

Have stayed twice before - always clean and well presented. Lots of people there over bank holiday but no change to great service. Most comfortable pillows. Feel like I’m gushing but have stayed at some sub standard places recently so it was really, really nice to stay here
