The staff were so friendly and personable, and really elevated our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable with everything that you needed. The hotel was an easy walking distance from downtown Bath without getting caught up in all the traffic. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The check in process was questionable. They tried to charge us more money than what the original booking was. There was a family checkjng in near us and the staff member was extremely rude to them. Breakfast was a shambles. Too many people and not enough staff, waiting for ages, runnjng out of food. Thd hotel had cobwebs in the corridors on windows, carpet not hovered. Would definitely not recommend

Disappointing experience. Issues with the Aircon, room not serviced until the late afternoon, poor breakfast ( bacon and sausages so overcooked and dry that were no longer edible), and not a close distance from the centre.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay on a budget

Myself and a friend were in Bath for one night as part of a golf trip. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Had a nice cold pint on tap before heading up to our twin room for a very hot shower and then heading out for a night out in Bath. The room including the bedding and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows perfect. I think the mattress may be more comfortable than my own. We were going to get breakfast but it was exceptionally busy at 9am so chose not to. The staff had warned us to be early if we wanted breakfast. We were lucky to get a parking space. A little frustrating to have to pay £17.50 but I do appreciate why (Bath is a small city set in and around a valley). At check in staff explained how to get the discount on the machine in the lobby. The hotel send you a list of alternate parking if you can’t park at the hotel. This was a cracking hotel and did basics of what a hotel should do brilliantly. Will definitely use again if I’m in Bath again.

Perfect for short stays and conveniently located for walks into the city centre as well as to drive out into the countryside. Parking charges at £17.50 / 24 hours is steep for families and will force to cut down on eating out or shopping opportunities. All in all it’s an excellent hotel with friendly and smiling staff. Thank you for providing us with a memorable experience.

The room was dirty. The carpet had all.marks over it and the bathroom was dirty. The skirting boards where dirty. Breakfast was good not loads to choose from but enough.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff, however a little busy. Parking was tough and had to street park first night. Breakfast was a bit basic and takes a long time when busy. Would stay again. Nice Indian restaurant next door with 10% discount for hotel guests
