Room for 2 people, double bed, 1st floor, clean, very airy, space for luggage storage, iron, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the bathroom, tea, coffee, all the necessary conditions for relaxation. We also had a TV, but we didn't turn it on. Breakfast was plentiful: bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, tomatoes, butter, jam, cereals, milk, yogurt, croissants, mini muffins, pancakes, tea, coffee... We had parking at the hotel and with the discount offered at the reception we only paid 17.50 lira for 24 hours. We will definitely return on our next scheduled stay!

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and a great breakfast buffet. Parking is 50GBP without the code, but with the hotel discount it is 15GBP. Thankful for that.

Paid £148 for a Friday night (not a public holiday) and still had a very noisy room. Housekeeping miss: used towels left behind the door. And on top of that, you still have to pay for parking — £17 for a short overnight (arrived 5pm, left 10am) — with no guarantee of a space if you leave and come back, so you’re paying for uncertainty. The staff were friendly and helpful, but warm service can’t offset the noise, cleanliness lapse, and paid-parking hassle.

The location is good 10 mins walk to city centre. Parking is easy and for Bath it's reasonable and on site. Hotel and rooms good condition. Staff all lovely and friendly. Complimentary breakfast nice and easy. And finally it's great value for money. I would thoroughly recommend.

Shower was luke warm, this should have been checked bore check-in, hotel was full so no option to change room, other than a room too shower further along the corridor which was not really a satisfactory solution, but by default of turning the cold sink tap on it warmed the shower water temp up marginally.

Hotel close to Bath which is a lovely town and only 10 minutes drive away. Staff friendly and free inclusive breakfast. The downside, having to pay £17.50 per day on site parking; this is deplorable and the internet is pretty much non existent. 0-1 bar throughout my stay made it very difficult

Good location but some issues to consider

OK there was a goody bag for the dog but no bowl and for the £30 extra you have to pay you get a Dog-friendly room which means you get stains on the carpet! It’s the first time I’ve paid as much as £17.50 for overnight parking and been made to feel like it was a bargain! Non-residents are expected to pay £50! You get 10% discount at the excellent Indian restaurant across the road but no one at the hotel told us this. Excellent location for central Bath.
