Nice for travelling through Gatwick

The proximity to train stations, shopping, restaurants and market was perfect. I didn't get a chance to have breakfast at the hotel down to my own busy schedule but otherwise great location.

Amazing. 5/5 all round. Amazing smooth check-in. The receptionist saw how tired I was after a flight so she let me check in early and she was very supportive all through the stay. Room was spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

During my recent stay, I requested assistance with the heating in my room, as it was extremely cold. I contacted the reception several times and was assured that someone would come to help, but no one ever arrived. As a result, the room remained freezing throughout the night. My partner was coughing and feeling unwell due to the cold, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed both with the lack of proper heating and the poor customer service in handling the issue. Based on this experience, I cannot see myself returning to the hotel in the future.

When making beds make sure there are no stains on bedding. Vacuum when coming to clean even if it seems like it may not need it. As we are coming from outside and eating in our rooms. Some room deodorizer to keep rooms with a fresh smell.
