Had an issue with the boking duration not properly set within Holiday Inn systems due to which 2 hrs were wasted with Expedia customer care & reception ... but was sorted out in the end.

Crystal Palace Concert Stop-Off

Very friendly staff, no issues dropping a bag off at lunchtime, then checking in later at night, after a concert. Room was clean and modern and everything worked. Breakfast was improved from other Express hotels I've stayed in a while ago, a good amount of choice and all fresh, pretty much a full buffet, plus cold items; certainly much better than I expected. Very happy with that aspect. 10 minute walk from East Croyden Train Station through the town, very easy to find. 410 bus to Crystal Palace Park from the side of the station, easy peasy.

Holiday Inn hotel review

The hotel services was fantastic, breakfast was OK, and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommended. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel, you won't regret it.
