As expected as stayed before. Reason we chose this hotel. Is near where we going when in london. We did move rooms after 1st night. The lady on reception was amazing (didnt get her name) i explained noisey room as we could hear trains. Moved us straight away. We are both gluten free and again staff at breakfast no issue. Quickly got us items. The staff at this hotel are AMAZING. Housekeeping,room i couldnt fault. Very clean. I should know .i work too in a hotel. We will be back and have already recommended this hotel. All the staff are 5 stars

I had the disabled bathroom, wasn't ideal but was workable, I didn't ask for disabled access room but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly but when breakfast was served, there were a lot of people in a small area getting there hot food and toast, I did get breakfast it was at a popular time at 9am. Very busy morning.

The room was clean and comfortable with Tea & Coffee making facilities. Breakfast was decent and was included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its in an excellent location near to buses and the tube. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is situated beside the tube line so you have the noise of the trains until after midnight and then starting again around 6am. Our bathroom had really bad drain issues and the smell was really bad.
