The hotel is tired. The room was clean and comfortable but aircraft noise was apparent, especially when the Aircon was off. The restaurant which is advertised as gourmet, is overpriced and poor quality. Reception staff were polite and friendly but there were queues at check in. We have always stayed here due to the convenience for T5 but this is no longer a luxurious offer and there are alternative options to consider.

Hotel and room were really nice - including the bar where the food was lovely. Unfortunately one of the hand towels in our room had a false nail attached to it though presumably from a previous guest which made us wonder if the towels had been washed which was disappointing

The hotel has a strange layout. No window to outside… only a car rental counter. Knocking noise kept us awake. Room wasn’t as clean as we expected. We reported it. Food was terrible. Restaurant smelt awful. Breakfast was equally awful. Beware, the transportation desk has nothing to do with the hotel. They’ll call up their friends before calling a taxi. We won’t be back.

At LHR Terminal 5 so very convenient and comfortable if you have a late arrival or early morning flight. Restaurant is very much worth a visit. Surprisingly excellent meal (beautifully prepared and tender lamb rump). Breakfast buffet also good with large selection of options - but very crowded (on a Sunday morning in September when we were there).

Late flight into sofitel Heathrow, only to find an event taking place with blaring music into early hours. Not a hotel for travellers coming in off late flights.

This airport is very convenient if you're transiting through London as it is connected to the airport. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They also have 24 hour in-room dining available.

Very handy for terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport. Food in restaurant very disappointing the tea and coffee not refill so we had stale coffee it was replaces straight away, bed very uncomfortable. Staff very helpful.
