Very comfortable and convenient. Elegant lobby. Restaurant choices seemed good but we ended up doing room service - we had an early next morning flight and were too tired to wait for 6pm dinner after arriving in the afternoon. Room service was delicious and reasonably priced. I didn’t give highest marks for condition due to the very dated hallway rugs and lack of in room coffee service.

The hotel just sucked, no water in the room, the shower matt didn't fit so water got on the floor. It took 10 minutes for the front desk to pick up the phone, most lights didn't work. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel being in Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport is very convenient to get some rest for an early morning flight next day. Rooms are big and comfortable beds. Staff are friendly. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful. A great location for a layover at Heathrow terminal 5. Super convenient. However, one of the mattresses in our room was sagging resulting in uncomfortable and uneven support and aching back and shoulder in the morning. Reported it to the front desk. Hope they will replace it for their next guests.
