Clean large rooms, some defects.

The hotel was convenient being connected to terminal 5. The kettles in the rooms worked very well. Thermostat didn't seem to respond in my second stay this trip, and the tv was malfunctioning too (cycled on and off until it warmed up 20+ times)

Clearly the convenience for an early morning flight was paramount. We would have used the spa but it was fully booked - so book in advance. The dinner in La Belle Epoque was sublime

Worst ever.

Worst hotel on our trip. The room was freezing upon arrival. The safe was broken, and the shower door scraped the tile floor with no room for a bath mat. Very few outlets, only at the desk. Had to dry hair at the desk not in the bathroom. The shower head could not be adjusted pointing at your feet. Too many smaller issues.
