This is the best airport hotel hands down. So convenient if flying in and out of LHR T5. Cannot recommend enough due to nice modern rooms. Clean. Friendly staff and so easy to get to your flight.

For a five star property, this was an average airport hotel experience. There was a stale cigarette smell in our non-smoking room. Long hairs were on our “clean” towels. Room service was timely, but fries came lukewarm/undercooked.

Check-in was quick. They acknowledged our anniversary and we got upgraded to a nicer room without asking. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Hotel is showing signs of wear (especially the couches at Sphere bar). Gym was a decent size for an airport hotel.

Although this is quite a walk from terminal 5, I would highly recommend this location. Transportation into London was free and transportation to other terminals is close by.

We didn’t end up spending a huge amount of time at the hotel as we arrived quite late and had an early morning flight but this was perfect for anybody flying into or out of Heathrow and wanting somewhere to spend the night.

We have been staying at the Sofitel Heathrow since 2011 and continues to be a brilliant start to our holiday. The rooms are spacious, very clean and kept very well. We booked a room with club lounge access and again treated to great service. The wine and nibbles were excellent, served by two lovely and friendly gentleman (sorry forgot their names). Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cold items or you could order hot food. Again good service. Only one minor improvement would be extra USB sockets in the room.
