There are some building works adjacent and I could hear the generator all night. The room I stayed in was not as good as the annex rooms accross the driveway. Staff are great

Wonderful hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel in a great location, rooms were spacious and staff very accommodating. Dog was very welcome and well catered for.

Very comfortable and cosy. Restaurant had excellent food and service was good. Set meal was reasonably priced. Google cast facility on the room TV meant I was able to watch Netflix via my phone. Room was in a separate block from the reception etc but this did not detract. This was my first stay in the Hotel du Vin chain and won't be my last.
