Excel hotel stay

Lovely hotel inside but unfortunately not a nice spot with so much building/road works around. Hopefully not much longer to put up with that. The staff are lovely and helpful and they keep a very clean well run hotel. Breakfast was fine, lots of choice. Price was reasonable.

I expected better from a Hilton

The hotel was looking tired. Staff were just staff with very little interaction. They didn’t do anything wrong but they wouldn’t speak or even say hi. All we could hear all night were doors closing. A noisy hotel

A nice and convenient hotel

Very nice hotel with free beautiful breakfast. 5 min walk to St. Albert DLR station. If u download the subway map app, u can easily go to anywhere using subways and trains. I strongly recommend this hotel

Brilliant

The breakfast was amazing and I loved the waffle maker, especially that it timed itself for the perfect waffle. Every single member of staff was amazing. They were professional, polite and so helpful. The bed was extremely comfy. The room was a nice size with good AC and the check in was really easy. I booked on hotels.com and when I entered the same email on the Hilton app, the booking was already there. Whilst I would have preferred a better dinner menu, the food was good. Every detail throught the stay was thought out and it was miles better than the other hotels i'd stayed in around the area.
