Good communication with the hotel prior to our stay, room was nice and had necessities. Staff were friendly (especially the lovely cleaning lady on floor three!) and great location for Canary Wharf. Most importantly, my Plushie was treated with respect when bed was made! There was a sewage smell when we flushed the toilet (at first I thought it was my husband) and no one to thank for the stay on the way out - we just dropped our key off but I’d have liked to say thank you.

Staff weren’t attentive. Room was tiny with a bathroom that felt like I was on a plane. Paid £30 for breakfast and there was barely anything there, then no cups, glasses, plates, cutlery. No pastries, rolls, bread etc. juice empty, no yogurts as had all been eaten (noticed this because we had dirty ones left on the table) Some hot food came out but because there was so many people waiting it disappeared quickly. Tables loaded with dirty plates, it was disgusting.
Tables and surfaces littered with dirty breakfast dishes. Had to clear them ourselves.
