"Nice hotel, but unfortunately not worth 5 star rating. Staff overall wasent helpful and polite despite couple stars among them. You extect to jave 5 star service while in 5 star hotel, but no. Room was spacious and ok clean, but when in 5star hotel I would expect more. The balcony pool hasn't got cleaned properly because it was slimy when water has filled in thub. Thub itself couldn't keep water in , so it leaked all the time. Need to fill the thub all the time. We told the housekeeper about the thub but no one came and look to fix it. Breakfast was ok. I would like to have a gluten-free bread available, they only got gf muffins. "
