"Henkilökunta aivan mahtava! Erityinen kiitos lounge tiimille Ms. Xuân, Ms. Đào and Ms. Yến, Ms Kim Hang: heidän tiimi oli aidosti välittävä, lämmin ja ammattimainen. Hotelli hiukan kauempana keskuksesta, joudu käyttämään taksia, mutta hotellissa on myös oma ilmainen pikkubussi kuljetus keskustaan. Huoneissa oli kosteus, onneksi ei kauhean häiritsevästi. Koko henkilökunnan palvelut tuntuneet aidon ystävälliselle ja hienovaraiselle, koska he eivät oikeasti odottaneet/vaatineet teippiä niin kuin toisessa hotellissa missä olimme. "

"We had booked transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the experience did not meet the expectations set by the advertisement. The service was provided by a different company, not the hotel itself. As token of good will hotel organized properly the return to airport without cost. The service overall felt bit disorganized, likely caused by having quite many employees and too much chaos. It’s understandable to prepare for Christmas season with extra staff but good to stop and see how it shows to customers. Restaurant was really positive highlight - well done! As well as Skylar staff was great! Location wise great - just at beach. With some attention to minor details this hotel could be best in class. "

"Staff was awesome, very welcoming and helpful! Highest floor suite was spacious and had great views with panorama windows. Room was clean. Breakfast wasn't too special, the breakfast corner was tight. But overall very good experience."
