Dirty and had to pay for more days than stayed

Hotel was dirty. Nearly every wall in the hotel was soiled. The floor, baseboards, curtains - filthy. The sheets were stained. I requested new sheets and they showed up with a bundled fitted sheet that looked like it was just ripped from another bed. The shower potentially had mold; black marks in every corner. Even the fridge door and elevators were dirty. The tv remote had chocolate (at least I hope it was chocolate) all over it. The employees were nice and offered to clean the room, but the entire hotel needs a deep clean. I did not feel comfortable staying at this particular hotel. We prepaid and when we left a day early - no refund! Gross hotel. Bad policies. Will never be back!

The place was affordable and was quite close to the train station, which was very convenient. Staff were nice and it was very easy to check-in and check-out. Beds were very good, especially after a long day of walking in the city!

Booked this hotel for one night due to an event and ovo arena, easy to get to, we walked from harrow on the hill to the hotel (if you don’t mind walking) only 22 minutes, lovely staff, hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, everything was pretty easy to walk to even the tube station (South Harrow station) was 8 minutes walk away, really enjoyed the night and bonus was a comfy bed

As good as a Travelodge but ( a lot cheaper )

the hotel was very clean and comfy especially the beds, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, the hotel was only several mins walk from south harrow station also during our stay we needed to get to Wembley arena/ovo and from south harrow stn it was around 7 stops and only one change so good location. We had breakfast one morning in the hotel which was nice and they can do pizza and potatoe wedges in the eve on ordering. Their are a couple of takeaways and a pub/restaurant "the white horse" less than ten mins walk from the hotel all good. I did look at a travelodge near Wembley but with insurance it would have been up near £500, The Eurotraveller was around £262 for two for 2 nights , so as my title , a lot cheaper than a travelodge , i thought as good as a travelodge my sister thought better. One thing extra in the hotel bathroom their was a special cold water tap that was very handy as apart from filling the kettle you could re-fill your water bottle for free. The staff were very nice and the people in the area i would highly recommend this hotel and shall always return......

On arrival the place looked grotty , we were shocked and we could not stay in such a place. There wasn't a toilet in reception so my partner had to use the staff one. No accessible toilet. He said the place was disgusting and asked to see our room. We were immediately given an upgrade . On viewing the room we were appalled. One double, one single bed. The bedding was off white and creased. It felt dingy and dirty. There was no bar or restaurant. Apparently the restaurant is being renovated. The reception was awful and uninviting I paid £88 for the room which looked nothing like the website photos. Really was a disgrace. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant and polite. It was not his fault. He could not refund us so I will be taking it up with Expedia. The worst hotel I've ever experienced and not Premier's standard at all
