This is a good budget hotel in a convenient location close to the airport. I wish they would provide coffee/tea and water bottle in the room - otherwise, nice stay overall.

The shower is user unfriendly, the water is fixed in the wall and it is hard to get wet, also the shower is in the bath , not good for the elderly to claim in and out! As I mentioned earlier the time table for the shuttle bus is unreadable and far too high fixed to the wall for short people to use!! Overall not to recommend, but it is close to the airport!

Clean room. Nice staff. Good location. Good price. Only disappointment is that they took tea and coffee out of the room. You have to go downstairs and buy, a tea for £4! Not what you want to do when you wake up. They told me it was a budget hotel so those amenities were removed. What part of £4 for a tea is budget? Very disappointing.

I literally travel week in, week out and have stayed at numerous hotels around the world, however have never had a kettle and tea making facilities in a room without the actual tea/coffee to make the drink!! Asked at reception and was directed to the bar were I could purchase said tea bags and coffee sachets for £4!! Ridiculous!! The bar was full at the time and everyone had the same complaint!! Not sure why the hotel applies this ridiculous charge when they provide the equipment in the room. Apart from that, room was good, bed really comfortable and hotel ideally located for what we needed. The cost of the hotel was excellent for a one night stay on a Saturday given that it was a busy weekend for the Rugby at Twickenham. Early check in at £10 an hour is pretty steep and nearly doubled the price of the room when we stayed.
