I cannot go on enough about how wonderful a place this is! Clean, friendly, efficient EASY Excellent location with bus stops right outside - less than 15 minute ride to the airport - PERFECT FOR TRAVELERS Nice private quiet room with a spacious and neat dining area/lounge COFFEE TEA AND MILK IN THE ROOM Several eating options ABSOLUTELY GREAT! When I checked in, the hotel room smelt like weed. Probably someone has had been smoking in the room or corridor before. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Didn’t had water bottles in. I was told the tap water is drinkable. Room was okay in size. There was no tissue paper box in the room. £12 parking per night is also a lot. Uber charged me £9 to take me to the nearest underground station. Hence location isn’t too bad. The airport hoppa busses don’t operate after midnight. And avg uber price from airport to this hotel is £40.

Airport shuttle only runs once per hour. Uber took me to the wrong Ibis budget hotel. Staff seemed not very good, and were slow. The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The aircraft passing overhead rattled the whole room. I was forced to buy toothpaste from vending machine for 4 pounds. Every other hotel has small sample items that they hand out.

Very budget hotel. Minimal amenities. We tried to go to the restaurant one evening and they were only serving four items (soup, salad, panini, fries). Limited dining options and amenities nearby. Room was clean at first glance but carpet was dirty and we were unsure if linens were even changed. During and after showering, bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke and continued to smell for the rest of our stay. Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Only good thing was it was on a bus route to the airport. Overall would not recommend.
