I literally travel week in, week out and have stayed at numerous hotels around the world, however have never had a kettle and tea making facilities in a room without the actual tea/coffee to make the drink!! Asked at reception and was directed to the bar were I could purchase said tea bags and coffee sachets for £4!! Ridiculous!! The bar was full at the time and everyone had the same complaint!! Not sure why the hotel applies this ridiculous charge when they provide the equipment in the room. Apart from that, room was good, bed really comfortable and hotel ideally located for what we needed. The cost of the hotel was excellent for a one night stay on a Saturday given that it was a busy weekend for the Rugby at Twickenham. Early check in at £10 an hour is pretty steep and nearly doubled the price of the room when we stayed.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice pillows and bed linen. Budget friendly hotel. Easy check in/out. There were no tea, coffee, milk sachets. I’m guessing a cleaner had used the lavatory before leaving the room. The toilet had been used and not flushed and the clean guest towel had been used by someone to dry their hands.
