Convenient location for right outside Heathrow Airport. Wish the parking charge is lower though. At £14 for the day, it is quite expensive for the area.

Very Nice Place

Good rating inn all categories. Convenient to Heathrow Airport however, a shuttle service to and from the airport would be an added convenience. Meals at the in-house restaurant were very good.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience during check-in. Despite there being no other customers, it took 45 minutes for a staff member to complete my check-in—even though my booking was fully paid in advance. What made the situation worse was the staff member’s rude and disrespectful attitude throughout the entire process. This level of service is unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression. I will not be returning.

Easy check in, bar and restaurant on site, modern clean room and bathroom, affordable and a gas station with all the essentials at a 20 seconds walk away from the hotel.. for a fee, the airport bus "Hotel Hoppa" drops you in font of the hotel . Everything you need for a confortable short stay close to the airport.
