The room was compact but well laid out, everything I might have needed was in there, but the thing that stood out the most was the amazing Thames river view, the bed was positioned right next the window, so once in bed you had a beautiful view. I loved the overall ethos of the hotel, the staff were amazing and remembered me by name, when checking out and that persona touch really counts
It appears that I previously left a 3.5-star rating, although I am unsure how this happened. I would like to amend this, as I have now stayed here several times and have always had a very positive experience.
This is a lovely little hotel that is spotlessly clean. The team are consistently friendly and accommodating, making each stay enjoyable. It is perfectly located for attending events at The O2 and for visiting the surrounding areas.
I would highly recommend staying here.

The Fantastic staff and everything the Hotel stands for
My daughter and granddaughter had a wonderful room overlooking the water which was magical ! Thank you to the staff for all the thoughtful extras that were placed in the room for my daughters birthday celebrations. They had a wonderful stay and said that every member of staff they met were kind and thoughtful . We won’t hesitate to book again in the future! Thank you so much!
The staff are welcoming and friendly the hotel is good value and has a great atmosphere. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The ethos of the hotel is a definite plus.
