The rooms are what you'd expect and the window glazing could definitely be upgraded (it was a bit drafty and the woodwork needs a paint), but the staff are absolutely wonderful. From check in the check out, they were super friendly and extra helpful.

There were 2 of us in the room. We had 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel. No facecloths. I found out later that one must request them. Why? Only one tiny elevator working. Breakfast was great but they should adjust the times - maybe 6-9:30 weekdays, 7-10 weekends. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Staff was pleasant, especially Anita at reception.
