Arrived at 245p. Received a room that was part of the CATEGORY of what we ordered but was smaller than we expected. Alex and Anastasia were able to accommodate us to a bigger room in the same CATEGORY as what we ordered which was awesome. The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly. The breakfast was included; we ordered whatever we liked each day after scheduling a time with Anastasia. We are from the states so we got eggs everyday. This location was extremely nice; we had a private pool right outside our room which overlooked the ocean and volcanos—beautiful. It was about a 15-20minute walk from Fira square which had all the street foods, store, and bus route.

Great hotel before flight

Great hotel for Heathrow. Very close to terminal 2&3 - just a 5 minute bus ride. Spacious room, complimentary hot drinks in the lobby and very good value and excellent evening meal. Would stay again.

Safety

Found the floor in the shower to be extremely slippery with no rail to hold onto in the wall. Asked at the desk if the hotel supplied non-slip bath mats, and they had no idea if this was possible. Otherwise good stay.

Got the family room for a good price so was glad to have lots of room for two of us to sort suitcases and relax in the morning before our afternoon flight. The sofa bed was very squeaky however!! Two stop bus ride from the airport at £1.75 each vs the £15-20 that I was told a taxi would cost us!
