The room was dirty with hair all over the bathroom floor. And there was a lot of cracks and nasty stained on the carpet. The bed sheet didn’t fully cover the mattress and the mattress had blood like stained on it it was very nasty but I had no other option. The staff were lovely at check in and check out that was the only pro. I also booked a standard room but was given a accessibility room

Toom temp too hot

The room was too hot and the air con didn't work. Also the eco friendly poster in the middle of the plastic plant wall is just ridiculous . Foyer had nauseating artificial air freshener scent gave me a headache

Great location for access to the O2, just a short bus trip. Plus was located a stones throw away from Grenwich train station which was perfect for travelling in to London. The room was a little tired but was clean and big. Breakfast was good with lots of options and the bar area had a great atmosphere to it. Will definitely return when next visiting the O2.

Ok stay in Greenwich

The hotel is perfect for exploring Greenwich itself. It's right next to the train station (mainline and DLR) and there are plenty of things to do and restaurants close by. They have a secure room for bags, for before check in and after check out, which is very useful. On check in we were asked to pay for breakfast, and I thought I had already paid for that but didn't have the time then to check. I checked later and they did refund me, but they said it was an error the system not showing breakfasts on there properly from other booking systems. I would have hoped that they would have asked me to confirm where I had booked to save this problem. The room itself was spacious, with a large comfortable bed. It was overall clean, and had a large TV and a desk which swung out to give more working space. It was a weird layout though, with the toilet on its own in a very small space as you entered the room, and the rest of the bathroom off the bedroom area itself. The kettle and mini fridge was also near the door, but the rest of the hot drink facilities were on the other side of the room near the window. Breakfast was good, with a wide choice. We did have to wait to be seated, ending up asking the reception to help us, and others just walked in without anyonw checking they had paid for breakfast (and at £15.99, it was on the more expensive side). We felt the hotel was set up for the international traveller.

When I checked into the hotel, I was disappointed by the reception staff’s lack of friendliness. There was no warm welcome or even a simple smile. Instead, I was met with questioning that made me feel like I was staying for free.

A mixed experience

My partner and I stayed here for one night while in London. The room was spacious with a large bed and sofa, there was complementary water in the fridge for us and the toiletries were a nice touch. Also the bed was really comfortable. However, the room was really quite run down and the bed sheets were stained. I have added a picture for reference. We had to lay a blanket over the sheet as I felt quite uncomfortable sleeping on it. The staff were not over friendly or helpful. The man who was on the bar was unbelievably slow and my partner and I as well as other customers were really frustrated at the service with some leaving due to the long wait times for simple orders.

Good, convenient hotel!

Good hotel, safe and right beside the train station. Near pubs and grocery stores. Location is perfect. Comfy, but well used rooms. Bathrooms could use a refresh! Overall I would rebook in the future!

Excellent location

This is a great choice for a visit to London. Stylish and comfortable and excellent value. Adjacent to Greenwich station. Greenwich itself has lots to offer but London Bridge only ten mins on train
