Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms very basic and tired. Bed was clean bathroom spotless. Very good value but could do with an upgrade on doors windows carpet. There was a really old air con unit with the hose going to an open window which was not conducive to a peaceful sleep. Coffee and tea in room and great for ally pally which is 25mins walk.

Short stay but will return

Booked in for a short stay as my student daughter lives locally and needed accommodation with car parking and close by and my husband had stayed at this hotel previously and reccomened it. My twin room was massive with 2 double beds and had everything I needed and was very clean. Staff I met were all very friendly.It wa also very quiet and I slept well despite it being so centrally located. Lots of options to eat and drink just steps away. I will return for sure.

The springs on the mattresses hurt my back. My room got changed but i had the same issue. Also the guy that checked us in needs to learn that guests may not be familiar with the area and may ask questions. Responding with "i dont live here i kust work here" is unprofessional
