Although it mentions an airport shuttle bus, this is not strictly true. There is a local bus (number 703) that is really easy. The bus stop is in the main airport bus station area & takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel (the bus stop is just past the hotel entrance & is on the opposite side of the road for returning to the airport). The restaurant & bar area were reasonably staffed. The help yourself buffet breakfast had all the basics (toast, cereals, croissants, yoghurt, fruit & cooked options) to set you up for the day. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are good and clean , restaurant food is great , a good experience staying here for 5 nights. Only concern is that vending machines installed at the reception have a poor service , I lost 10 pounds as there was an error and machine did not return my cash. Calling the company is useless as no response to email and no one picks the phone. Hotel does not take any responsibility if transaction fails.

Excellent stay and truly outstanding service. After my partner accidentally left her watch in the shower, we realised once we were already at the airport. One phone call was all it took and the staff immediately found it, safely kept it and returned it to us when we came back into the country. Honest, helpful and professional service like this really stands out. Highly recommend this hotel near Heathrow T5.

Room was lovely but the bed was not attached to the headboard so 'travelled.' After a long journey, appreciated the water bottles in the room. Breakfast for vegetarians could be better. The apple juice devine but scrambled eggs inedible. Veggie sausages freshly fried but so so. in request but bog standard.
