Misleading . This hotel not on Terminal 5 ! 27.00 pounds to hotel although a 10 minutes drive . Buses to hotel run 30 minutes apart not 10 minutes

I stay here on a regular basis, approximately twice a month for business purposes. The hotel is extremely good value for money and has an excellent, very cheap shuttle service to all the Heathrow terminals. The free, self service buffet breakfast is very good. The rooms are modern, well equipped and always clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, solo travelers, couples or families.

This property is not within the hotel hopper bus transportation from T5. Will be a good idea to include it. Expedia should provide onformation about hotel hopper bus system so customers could make a better selection.

One night stay after an evening fight into Heathrow, easy check in, and parking. The Atlantis lounge connected to the hotel is fantastic for a late meal, food and staff brilliant. Only slight criticism would be if you're not driving from the airport, I imagine the hotel could be a little awkward to get to and from.

First room (75) was dirty and the mirror was a bit trashed. The attached Atlantis restaurant left me with a few burnt fingers after the waiter told me as a joke the coal was a Turkish delight and I’ve been in pain ever since with burns. The hotels corridors did smell quite badly which was such a shame. The second room (86) was a bit better and the receptionists were great but the overall experience could have been better.

I HAD A HORRIBLE TIME WITH THE PARKING PROCESS. The clerk at the front desk charged us for parking. The cameras automatically submit fines yo the car rental firms. So i had to argue to get the 100 pound fine cancelled because of the clerks error. Then i couldn't get the info from the hotel to get the 35 pound fine fee refunded. SO, everything was great until it wasn't. IF YOU PARK THERE MAKE SURE THE LICENSE PLATE IS ENTERED CORRECTLY AND YOU GET PRINTED DOCUMENTATION! The room, restaurant staff and food were great.

Felt sorry for some of the staff as some of the others were a little abrupt and too quick to move you out they went in and stripped our room before we had chance to check out extremely noisy in theoddle of the night beds left a lot to be desired I have thrown better condition mattresses away heating system blew out a fog of dust leaving the whole family feeling ill wish I would have read reviews before booking totally ruined a family mini break

Ok stay for the price.

The hotel was a little further than expected from Terminal 5. Cost £40 by Uber. The room was ok, absolutely stank of cigarettes! The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like bricks. We ate in the evening and the service and food was excellent. However breakfast the following morning was cold, sausages, bacon, eggs etc all stone cold. The choices were excellent and so found something else to eat. All in all an ok stay for the price. Reception staff were amazing and friendly.
