We would recommend staying here to anyone! Overall experience was wonderful. Priced exceptional for location, environment, cleanliness, amenities both in room and ‘hotel’. We will definitely stay here again. Front of house staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

It's a newer property so everything is still in good condition. there aren't a lot of great restaurants nearby. the coffee shop is good. Customer service and the front desk were really bad.

Broken AC

The AC didn't work and they sent a technician and the only thing they could do is switch the breaker on and off. They seemed to know the heat pump wasn't working and the AC would only work for about an hour which meant we woke up every night in a sweat. It got as high as 90 degrees when we were there and when we asked for another room, they only had 1-bedrooms available which wouldn't work for us. Is there any sort of partial refund you can offer as I hate asking my friend to split such an awful experience.

Overall great, but parking was pricey

My visit was very nice. I enjoyed the hotel, the room, the amenities, and the location was close to everything I needed. I would say the main reason I am not giving 5-stars is because there was a lack of communication in terms of parking. The hotel doesn't validate for the attached parking structure as it's a third party, so you had to pay every time you left. And the price skyrocketed when twins games were being paid, so I had to pay that rate for 3 of the days I was there as the twins had 3 home games during my stay. Had there been better communication, it would have been fine, but I was caught off guard by the very high prices of parking.

This was the most seamless “hotel” stay I’ve ever had. Location was perfect for my destination. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and free luggage storage so I didn’t have to lug all my stuff around town all day with a late flight. Would definitely stay with Sonder again.

Great location and very clean

Great hotel but only downside is you have to pre-register since it is all electronic without a front desk. Also parking at this particular hotel was not included and can come unto almost $50 in two days.

My first time booking with Sonder. It is home, away from home. Room was stock with what you need with washer and dryer. The fridge in the room i thought was going to be a problem but no. Rail stop was right across the street. Only issue was the window blinds. Didn't make room dark enough for the morning sun rise. The staff member that help me on how to use the app was awesome.
