Beautiful three bedroom villa in a private urbanisation with the use of two swimming pools.
The villa boasts a large beautiful garden, roof terrace and balcony off of the master bedroom.
On the ground floor the villa has a lounge, kitchen (with breakfast bar) and outside terrace , a twin bedroom and toilet.
On the first floor there are two further bedroom's, one twin and a master bedroom with balcony and flat screen TV with Netflix, balcony overlooks the pool, and a family bathroom.
On the second floor you will find the sun terrace again with views of the pool and surrounding areas of La Zenia.
The villa has air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.
The villa has oil filled radiators for each room.
The walk to the beach and La Zenia boulevard is approximately 10 minutes.
