This was an interesting hotel. It seems like it will be nice but there was definitely a vibe inside that was a bit rougher. It was clean, so props to the housekeepers. The front desk staff was distracted with others and seemed a bit edgy. But overall the room was clean and comfortable.

When we checked in we were not given our chosen room. The website made a big deal about cookies which were never offered. When we tried online checkout it was unavailable. But the worst thing was that the counter person had to be awakened by other workers to take care of the customers that were waiting. I got the impression that this is a regular occurrence as coworkers were not happy.

The property was old and dingy. The carpets and mattresses were stained. The sheets were ripped, I got new ones from the maid, who was lovely and very embarrassed. Our first toilet didn't flush, we needed to switch rooms. Second room was also very old, furniture was chipped, pull out mattress was also stained. Bathroom was dirty. Shower was not clean and didn't drain. Shower handles were coming out of the wall. Ducts were full of dust, visibly coming out of it. It was disgusting. We didn't take our shoes off!
