The property is old and it shows. The bathrooms are not clean and the room service is fine in a half assed manner. I sincerely felt this this location did not live up to the Doubletree and Hilton standards. Someone from the corporate stuff come visit this location to bring the location back to standard. We don’t mind paying a premium which we did for this location but it felt like living in a motel. On a positive note the rooms: suites are large and the cookies hit the spot as always!!

It’s was a great time .Stayed for some R&R .They only problem was that I asked the bartender for a cup and she was rude and put the cup down on the bar at the opposite end which made me walk to the other end to get the cups .Such a turn off .So I didn’t spend any money at the bar after that .

This property needs a ton of updates. The TV in our room didn’t work at all. Everything is below average! And the bar is over priced for the way those rooms looked. Wedding venue and such are beautiful but those rooms weren’t ok.

I had reserved a suite for two nights for four adults and one child. We had two towels only in the room. Kept asking for towels - had a very hard time getting them. Finally got 4! The TV in the main area did not work. The shower did not work well. There was not enough soap or shampoo. We didn’t have enough blankets. They didn’t have staff to help-had to go down and get blanket.
