In the evening, there was loud noise coming from the wedding venue inside the hotel, and even in the middle of the night there were people making noise in the rooms next door and in the corridors, so it was very noisy.

Our stay is always good, but they raised the price of the breakfast offerings and took away the daily free coffee for guests. The staff is very nice and welcoming. This is my go to hotels, whenever my family and I make this trip two to three times per year. The mall is across the street, with Boscov's, chick-fil-a, shake shack, Honey grow, Miller's Ale house and other eateries, Legoland and Dave and Busters. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was big and cozy. The bathtub was clogged upon showering as the water wasn't going down, at a regular pace... and their were a lot of noisy and drunk guests on a lot of the different floors, lobby and parking area, during our stay. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel has gone down hill. Dirty carpets. No coffee. No warm cookies. Breakfast not worth 20.00. Front desk staff were helpful. We loved Khalia who works breakfast. She is hardworking, helpful, very pleasant attitude, and her smile is genuine.

Everything about this hotel was excellent, except the pull out sleeper sofa in the suite, which was excruciatingly uncomfortable. I can’t recall the last hotel sleep I’ve had that was so bad. If you’re not relying on that to sleep someone, this is a great hotel. If you are, I would find somewhere else.

lady at front desk wasn't friendly when we were checking in. She wasnt mean, just you can tell she didnt want to be there and did the least amount of work possible. didnt even offer us a cookie.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel in a while prior to booking. The curtains in the room had so many stains on them it just unsanitary. The heat in the room didn’t work it would cut on and off. The beds had wheels on them and they just rolled everytime you sat down. And I like a firm bed but they were the worse. I had the worse back pain ever. The heat to the pool didn’t work so that was an amenity that we couldn’t use. Check out was at 11. We checked out at 8 am. I was told they are going to be starting renovations. Maybe I will try to visit afterwards
