Tämä on kaunis 2 BR-yksikkö itärakennuksessa. Täysin uusittu vuonna 2018. Uudet lattiat, suihkut, kaapit, graniittitiskit, kalusteet, maali, kansihuonekalut ja paljon muuta! Kaikki mitä tarvitset upeaan rannalomaan. Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, molemmissa king-vuodetta. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa ja olohuoneessa on iso älykäs taulutelevisio, jolla on pääsy Netflixiin jne., Ja DVD-soitin. Tarjoamme Directvin kaikilla elokuvakanavilla ja NFL-sunnuntain lipun! Olohuoneessa on myös kiintolevy, jossa on yli 400 elokuvaa, joista valita, sekä Xbox-pelisoitin. Makuuhuoneessa on pieni kotitoimisto, jossa on tietokone ja tulostin. Siellä on myös hotellin kassakaappi. Keittiö on täynnä graniittitasoja ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita. Meillä on sekä suodatettua vettä (RO-järjestelmä tiskialtaan ja jääkoneen varten) että kuuman / kylmän veden kuplia. Olohuoneessa on myös poikkipinta-sohva täysikokoisella ulosvedettävällä sohvalla. Huone ilmapatjalle lattioissa. Kaikki kodinkoneet ja pesutupa huippuluokan päivitetyillä laitteilla. Parvekkeella on sohva ja tuoli sekä kuuden paikkainen ruokapöytä. Yksikkömme on lähellä 5. kerroksen hissiä, josta on upeat näkymät uima-altaalle ja ranta-alueille. Kompleksissa on kuntokeskus, lähikauppa, ravintola, tenniskenttä, uimabaari ja porealtaat. Huomaa, että vaikka sallimme jopa 8 vierasta, yli 12-vuotiaita voi olla vain kuusi, kahden muun on oltava 12-vuotiaita tai nuorempia.
Tämä lomakeskus on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bonitan ranta. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas, kuntokeskus ja poreallas.

Mid week at Sonoran Sun

The condo was exactly as described, clean well equipped with an amazing location and view of the sea of Cortez. All the amenities were top-notch. Walks on the beach shopping and restaurants are close. We had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend this condo and our host Steve.

Beautiful quiet condo in a fantastic beach resort

Sonoran Sun is the perfect setting for a quick getaway or a relaxed weekend in Mexico. The resort is beautifully maintained and secured, and the beach is fantastic. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. And this 5th floor condo is safe, clean and cozy. Absolutely will stay here again!

Spring Break

We spent a week at Steve’s place with our family. It was great. The resort had everything we wanted: heated pool, hot tub, beach, tennis, gym, movies, and a great condo. The condo is comfortable and well stocked, including with all the stuff you need to have fun at the beach. A benefit to this booking was also how responsive and informative Steve was in communicating with us. We were all sad when it was time to head back home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time.

The only surprise was that they had drained three of the four pools for maintenance. We thought we should have been told since the owner had been notified. so the one pool and the hot tub were wall to wall people on the weekend.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was great that it offered pool and beach access. The food at the restaurant on the property was great and the service was on point. Weekend Getaway

Went too Puerto peñasco for a relaxing weekend getaway, and it sure was. Steve place was wonderful, great view, it made for having coffee from the balcony so enjoyable. Cleaningness was excellent, and getting hold of Steve was quick and easy. Thank you Steve for everything.

Summer Vacation

I’ve been to this property before. This has been my favorite booking. The condo was very well equipped as described. The owner was quick to respond to any need or issue. It was nice to check in at the gate and head to the condo. Keyless entry is always a plus. I also liked the safe in the bedroom. I would absolutely book this particular condo again.

Amazing condo!

We were there for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Sonoran Sun Is one of the best properties, and other than units that are right on the grass near the pool, I think that this unit is one of the nicest in the building from what we saw of other friends units while we were there. Just a great place to relax for several days.

Weekend Getaway

We were very happy with our stay. There was a little miscommunication at the start but the owner responded immediately and remedied the problem. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, such a great view! We will be looking to rent this one again in the future.

We loved our stay at this property! Great views of the water, super clean, like new furnishings and comfy beds. And the patio is wonderful overlooking the beach and pools. Easter vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the first time ever anyone has left us more than enough laundry detergent, softener and static cling sheets for the dryer. This allowed us to wash our towels which are provided by the owner, several times. Waking up to the view of the ocean was amazing! We would recommend renting this condo to anyone interested in having a great time.

Wonderful property!

We stay at Sonoran Sun whenever we come to RP, this unit was our favorite! It was very clean and comfortable, it had plenty of extra amenities including extra paper towels and TP. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly need and the patio was amazing. Beds were super comfortable as was the couch. We saved this unit to our favorites.

Beachfront condo

Unbelievable views.. condo was beautiful and had all the amenities. Patio was gorgeous and spacious for the whole family to enjoy the beach view. Steve was very efficient on responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay her again!
