“A place to remember” says it all. Absolutely beautiful cabin/home with amazing Mountain Views. The inside provides plenty of openness, , but yet cozy and feels like home. We enjoyed our 6 day family vacation staying here and loved it!!! Would definately recommend!

Amazing place with one minor but major annoyance

This is the place. Awesome location, floor plan, space, and the views!!! Fantastic. Book this place if it’s available. Also, turn off lights at night and play sardines with your family. Incredible hiding places inside. The negative: Hopefully this will get fixed but the main lights in the den were on a 30 minute wall-switch timer. The ticking noise was incredibly annoying and distracting from reading and quiet moments in the room. You have to get up and turn the lights back on every 30 minutes because when they go off, there is not enough light to continue reading, playing the board game or cards. I would give this place 5 stars if this issue was not there, and might even give it 3 stars if I visited again and this wasn’t fixed.

The Perfect Getaway!

This is a beautiful cabin with stunning views. It was even more spacious than what it looked like in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. I specifically asked ahead of time if there was a K-cup brewer (planning ahead for coffee is important) and was told there was not, but it turns out there was one in addition to the traditional coffee maker. Management was quick to respond about some minor property issues that should be fixed for future renters. I stayed in the area several times and this is definitely one of my favorites.

Beautiful View

Very nice cabin, very spacious. Great location just minutes from the Parkway. Very clean. The fireplace didn’t work and there was no power cord for the master bedroom tv. Everything else was fantastic!

Perfect Cabin and View

We had a wonderful experience! We are a family of ten with six adults and four children. The only issue we had was the listing stated it slept 10 adults, however it only had 4 beds, so we had to call and ask for two blow up mattresses which two of our grandchildren slept on. This was not a huge issue for us and the management company was very prompt in getting the blowup mattresses to us. Other than that we had a very minor issue with the hot tub, which again the management company arranged for it to be looked at promptly. The cabin is gorgeous and the views are stunning! We will absolutely be back!!

Lovely cabin, big disappointment

The cabin itself is lovely, but frankly, it was gross. They let us know ahead of time we could arrive early, which was nice, but when we arrived the house was still dirty. There were dirty towels on top of and inside of the washing machine, so we had to do OTHER people’s laundry on our first night there. The floors on the main floor were so filthy, the kids’ bare feet were black and there were no cleaning supplies anywhere, so we had to go buy a swiffer and mop the floors ourselves. The top right bedroom’s bathroom shower was covered in fuzzy mold, and the shower head was VERY moldy as well (we have photos). In addition, that same bedroom a/c vent makes a buzzing sound all night, we had to buy ear plugs. The cabinet closest to the refrigerator had a broken middle shelf that we had to remove to prevent breaking the cups stacked inside it, but the bottom shelf was so sticky the coffee cups were stuck to it face down. We had to wash all the coffee cups prior to use, and lay down a paper towel to restore them in the cabinet. We also went to use the cooking utensils in the far left drawer and the FIRST large spoon we grabbed was covered in grease. We had to wash all utensils before use as well. On the basement bedroom floor carpet we found an earring, which indicates it wasn’t vacuumed either. In the master bathroom downstairs bathroom, we couldn’t use the large jetted tub because it was so dirty. The jets were covered in mold. Lastly, the jet on the far right of the outdoor hot tub was completely broken and gushed water nonstop, making a loud noise the whole time we used it, which was not relaxing at all.

Incredible Views!

The property is just like you see in the photos. Big, beautiful, very comfortable for a group. We were a family of 6 adults
supposed to be 8 but 2 could not join us. Plenty of room and privacy with large bedrooms and baths. And very clean. Views are simply amazing. We spent lots of time on the huge deck. A few shortcomings though. Had a small issue and called management company. Talked to 2 people who couldn’t help. Supposed to call back but never did. Not big thing so oh well. But kitchen is very basic. We like to cook, and not willing to drive the curvy roads after a few drinks dining out so not a great cooking spot. No dish towels or a sponge to clean up, plates and cups were chipped, one nice wine glass. Deck is awesome but could use some little end tables. And hot tub is an asset but it leaked. Grill was dirty when we got there so we cleaned it. But on third night of using it ran out of gas mid grilling. All in all I would recommend this place because of the house itself and the views. But a home of this caliber should have a company paying closer attention to the details.

Worst Experience

Worst experience ever especially dealing with the rental company. Called them daily about issues and asked to speak with the manager about the mold/mildew in the hot tub which they never cleaned and we were not able to use during our stay. Finally got in touch with the manager after I checked out and he told me that he knows I was trying to get in touch with him but he never bothered to call me even though it was urgent. The place was dirty and had cobwebs everywhere. The bedsheets weren’t changed and had stains on them when we arrived. Had to call the office twice in order to receive new sheets. One of the individuals that actually tried to help us also informed us that the cleaning staff only swept the floors which still were dirty along with everything else. One of the kids got hurt by a wood piece that was used to level the pool table which was sticking out far enough for someone to cut their foot. The last day we started the dishwasher and it started leaking water which also started leaking in the basement. There was a rocking bench which was also broken. Only thing good was the location and the view. The Internet wasn’t working as well for this property. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Great trip!

Beautiful house with amazing views! My family and I enjoyed staying at the property for the weekend. The only 2 negative points are that the hot tub was not squeaky clean and there are air vents right above the bed that point right at you.

The view and outdoor deck are stunning! House had a few minor issues, just needs some TLC. Really close to everything, no more than a 15 minute drive to either PF or Gatlinburg. The No Wi-Fi was a struggle as the cell reception is not very good either.

Fantastic weekend

My 3 childhood friends and I take a vacation together yearly. and this house was the best so far. The bar has been set pretty high going forward, and I'm not sure if we'll be able to beat it for the price. Thanks for the hospitality.

Nice property

Overall, this is a beautiful property with absolutely amazing views. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The reason for only 4 stars is due to a number of things being broken or missing when we arrived including screens, chairs, recliners, sofa, missing smoke detectors, and refrigerator. We tried contacting the property manager when we arrived (including photos) and received an automated message that someone would contact us, but no one responded. We tried calling the property manager the next morning and were put on hold. After waiting on hold for quite a while, we gave up because we didn’t want to spend our vacation on the phone. Mid-week we evacuated due to wild fires. We were a little surprised that no one reached out regarding the fires in the area and the need to evacuate. After being evacuated we finally were able to get through to the property management company. They were very understanding of the situation and were able to refund us for the two nights we were not able to use the cabin due to the evacuation. This property could easily be a 5 star property, but the broken items and lack of response unfortunately decreased the score. The views, location and cabin are all absolutely gorgeous.

lovely stay!

The view was hands down the best part of this cabin, the massive wall of windows allowed us to soak every bit of it in, even on a cold day. I Appreciated the three tables for our large group and the well laid out great room for our group of 12. The essentials were there (dish soap, fresh sponge, hand soaps, plenty of fresh towels, and a roll of paper towels) which was very nice to have on our short weekend stay. cons: The wifi was basically non existent, but i guess that is to be expected when you're in the mountains. The filtered water dispenser in the fridge was completly broken so we reverted to tap or bottled water, and there were no oven mits, which was inconvenient. But all these things are very minor compared to how much we enjoyed this location,

Inhabitable?

Two ladies with our group in the middle of taking showers and need up with no water pressure
 you can imagine the hollering that was going on. I walked next door to the construction site thinking maybe they turned the water off to which I was advised they did not. Naturally I called the company I booked through and was told they would get back to me
 1.5 hrs later I called back because I had not heard from anybody
 I was advised they were trying to fix the issue but because everyone was on the west coast
 they had not started there work day yet
lol
 I advised my frustration and was told I’m sure there is some agreement we could come to financially for the issue to which I replied to call me back and let me know your ideas as I am now in an inhabitable cabin where we can not even flush toilets. My entire group left and went and did 8 hrs of shopping
 I decided to call them again before going back because I had still not heard from them on any issue and was told they were still trying to look into the issue and were unable to get the property manager on the the phone because they were traveling. I had asked what ideas they came up with to refund me due to the issue and they told me the cleaning fee of 180.00. Mind you
 I spent almost 3k for three nights and they think it’s reasonable to refund a 180.00 cleaning fee. Got back to the cabin that night to find water pressure but the water was muddy
 I took a picture
 the next morning we left and had water. Outside of this issue
 that cabin was nice and had great views I plan to dispute the entire charge through my bank so they have to call to come to a reasonable resolution

Amazing View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The view is amazing but there were a few things that needed attention. The refrigerator had missing shelves and broken parts. The kitchen, although I was a bit prepared for it to be lacking in some areas based on some prior guest’s comments, still needed more utensils. There wasn’t any wine opener or spatula. We wanted to grill out but there wasn’t even a spatula to turn the burgers. We bought one and donated it when we left to the cabin for all future guests. The deck, while it had an amazing view, was in bad shape and desperately needed sanded and stained. Overall we really enjoyed the cabin and our stay but felt some of these things which I mentioned should’ve been taken care of to make this cabin well maintained.

Beautiful Views BUT Dire Need of Attention

The cabin was perfect for my daughter’s wedding weekend in terms of location and size; however, the lack of attention to maintenance and upkeep was beyond disappointing. Hot tub disassembled when we arrived. I called to ask someone to come out to make repairs. I think they just reassembled but didn’t actually repair anything. The water was discolored and cool. Fire alarm dangling from ceiling, master ceiling fan was nonfunctional, none of the bedroom TVs could access satellite, so they were useless. Christmas decor was still on display, and the furniture was mismatched and worn out. Considering the cost for theee nights, this cabin should be better maintained. We were beyond disappointed. I would not recommend this cabin unless much-needed maintenance issues are addressed and updates are made. We use VRBO for every trip. This one was a big let down!!!

Great cabin and location!

We had a great trip! The location is 7-8 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The views are amazing! Quiet neighborhood! The only drawback was no main floor bedroom. Check in/out was easy. We are planning to go back!

Amazing stay and view of the mountains

We booked the cabin for a much needed family getaway. The location was away from the crowd and had an amazing view of the mountains. The only problems we had during the stay was that the internet sucked and the kitchen light didn’t work. Due to the internet not working a couple of us didn’t get any of our homework completed. Overall a great stay
