Welcome to The Walcot Townhouse! A 3-bedroom townhouse situated in heart of Bath's Artisan Quarter. With everything on your doorstep, this modern home is the ultimate City Break home-from-home, equipped with everything to give you the ultimate weekend away...
KITCHEN/ DINING ROOM
The open-plan kitchen/ dining room is the heart of the house and is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The large floor to ceiling windows allow a flood of natural light to flow in and light up the space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge/ freezer and all the kitchen essentials you could possibly need.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is on the second floor and has a large smart TV and a wood -burner for those cosy nights in watching your favourite shows. The second floor has a loop-around layout and follows onto the games room around the corner...

GAMES ROOM
The second floor is also home to the games room which includes a large foosball table, a range of board games and a Peloton bike for you to make the most of during your stay!

BEDROOM 1
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and features a comfortable double bed, adorned in crisp white linen. There is plenty of storage for your belongings and also features a Jack & Jill bathroom which is also linked to the kitchen, featuring a walk-in shower, WC and basin. In here, there is also the cupboard where the washing machine and dryer lives.

BEDROOM 2
Bedroom 2 is located on the top floor of the house and is the master bedroom. Featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, adorned in crisp white linen, and an en-suite shower room, it's the perfect place to slip into a deep slumber. There is also a large smart TV on the wall for those easy mornings.

BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 is also on the top floor and features 2 single beds and a large smart TV for you to watch your favourite shows from the comfort of your bed! Bedroom 3 also has an en-suite bathroom, featuring a spacious bathtub, WC and basin. Fluffy white towels and toiletries are provided for your stay.

COURTYARD
There is a small balcony with some outdoor patio furniture on the first floor for you to enjoy your morning coffee in the Bath breeze.

NOTE
Please note there is ongoing construction work in the development. This shouldn't detract from your stay but we wanted to make you aware.

The house is near to Walcot House which is a nightclub. This should not disturb your stay but due to the central location there is the potential for noise.

Amazing property in a great position

The property is stunning and very well laid out. It was ideal for our group (we had a 1 year old with us). The best equipped property I have ever stayed in - the kitchen was particularly stylish and a pleasure to cook in!

A Gem in this beautiful city

Lovely modern apartment in a great location, everything was in walking distance. with some great bars and restaurants just a few doors up.The apartment itself is well kitted out and as a group of friends we found the large kitchen table to be the hub of our stay.

Great stay

Over all this place was great! New property, walking distance to everything, parking, and even a welcome basket! Only reason I gave 4 stars on communication is because we only booked this the day before and by 11 am the next day (check in day) I still hadn’t heard from the property manager. I had to reach out. But overall great property!! Would definitely stay again!
