Clean and convenient
Check in was great. Quick and easy.
After a VERY long day of beach and tennis, my girlfriend and I left for dinner, came back, and was ready for bed. For some reason, the front door would not lock. We called property management and was told that someone would be out to help us within 15-30 min. I thought that that was a fair amount of time to secure our safety.
One hour passes, I call back, a new operator answers and says, to be honest, if they havenât come out after your first call and the first hour, theyâre probably not going to come. We wouldnât take that as an answer, we were two females staying in an unfamiliar shelter, they MUST come out or we will not be able to sleep unless the doors are properly locked. I asked to speak to a manager and the operator said all she can do is relay the message and thatâs not even a guarantee call back! Needless to say, two hours into this fiasco, we were able to get the lock situation fixed.
Our next issue actually made me so furious!
On the day of checkout, my girlfriend and I woke up early and decided to go to the beach and grab an early morning breakfast. When we came back to the condo at 9am (checkout was supposed to be at 10am) someone entered our condo without us knowing, completely cleaned out the place, (toilets sealed with the clean and sanitized tape) our towels had been taken away, as if we were checked out already!
We havenât even checked out yet and the keys were still in my possession!
POOR property management is all I can say. Iâm hoping this was just a fluke on their end.
