You'll stay directly across the street from Billish Park and a canal/boat ramp, and the beach is just a short drive away. Central air conditioning makes the inside a tranquil retreat, and you can wind down in front of the electric fireplace if you've spent all day at the beach. Granite countertops are installed all over the home, from the full kitchen all the way up to the designated desk workspace upstairs. You'll love all the beachy decor inside and out! The main bedroom's private balcony is perfect for enjoying the fresh air after a night out.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
