I was really disappointed with the hospitality at this hotel. When I arrived, I asked the staff about parking and was told to use the garage. After waiting there for a while and not being able to get in, I went back to ask again—only then did they mention that the garage wasn’t working.
Instead of simple key cards, there’s a long code required to access both the rooms and the elevator, which was inconvenient. When I tried to extend my stay, the staff told me I had to book it myself rather than assisting me directly.
On top of that, when I was leaving, I had issues getting out of the garage and had to go back inside twice to ask for help. Overall, the service felt unhelpful and lacking in basic hospitality.
