It’s really nice

We liked it. Stayed there with my son. Everything was smooth and nice. Nice pool, amazing access to beach. Only thing was the food was further than we use to so we walked everywhere.I definitely recommend it, really nice part of Miami.Thank you

Place was nice and we really enjoyed it. We were gone a lot either on the beach or to the Miami Grand Prix but the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large enough for everyone and the view was great.

I have stayed here in the past and I liked it. The only problem I had with the property is the elevators really suck. They’re very slow if they show up at all that’s the only complaint I had everything else was good.

The host lied and there was no pool access during or time there.. i had my children with me…. We did not even stay past two nights.. we left and went somewhere else for the remainder of the trip… absolutely disgusting… roaches on the hallways… awful awful service. The host needs kicked off platforms with false advertising! I should of least had a half refund.

Great view, ok apartment, terrible neighbors.

The apartment itself is a little run down (broken mirror, faded curtains, broken window) but the view of the ocean is lovely. Between the cheap Ikea mattress, the flat pillows, and the neighbors yelling and partying till 3am I had a pretty crummy nights sleep. They need to install some soundproofing because if anyone in the rooms next door speak in anything above a whisper you can hear it. On a weeknight it might be an ok place to stay but I'd steer clear on the weekend or during holidays (unless you're planning on being out late partying yourself).
