STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS. THE STAFF DOESN'T CARE, THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART. WATER RAINED DOWN FROM THE FLOOR ABOVE INTO OUR ROOM AND AFTER ARGUING WITH THE STAFF WE GOT MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM WHERE ALMOST NOTHING WORKED. THEY ARE STILL DENYING A REFUND AND AFTER SETTLING IN AT THE NEW CRAPPY ROOM, THE WAKE US UP EARLY IN THE MORNING TO SEE WHEN WERE GOING TO CHECK OUT. IT WAS 8:47AM. CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. DON'T STAY HERE, SLEEP ON THE STREET OR THE GUTTER. YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER STAY THERE THEN IN THIS DEATH TRAP OF A MOTEL. I'M STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK ABOUT A REFUND OR/AND APOLOGY. THE STAFF WILL NOT BRING YOU ANY PILLOWS, BLANKETS OR TOWELS ONCE HOUSEKEEPING LEAVES FOR THE DAY. HOPE THEY CHANGE THAT LAZY GOOD FOR NOTHING STAFF THEY HAVE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. STAY AWAY, YOU WILL THANK ME IF YOU DO.

Property is very outdated and worn. Easily can hear folk in room next door talking. Parking is at a cost and not easy to find as you have only a few spaces in front of building to park to check in and then search for “parking garage” with little signage. Would not stay here again

Room was next to the garage door and rlthe cleanning supply closet. The garage door that do not close properly makes so much noise wehn some one open it or close it. The hallway did not have carpet, so when the cleanning staff drug the car, it makes so much noise. Also every time they open the supply closet, the door is slammed back. We were not able to sleep late in any of the days we were there.

Inexpensive hotel

This is one of the least expensive hotels in Miami (Coral Gables), but they try to do a nice job. The staff is great! The building is old and also inside the rooms it is not very luxurious. If you don't want/have much money to spend it is not a bad option.

A/C was broken. The whole building smelled humid. There was mold everywhere. Will not be staying there again.

Will never stay here again

Bugs/fruit flies all over in room - beds/furniture - not updated since 1974 - bed very uncomfortable- staff - lazy and rude - long road trip - females needed to use lobby bathroom but staff wouldn’t let them - little/no toilet paper in room - staff refused to send up more - had to go to lobby and demand it - we are a no frills family - clean room - comfortable bed and friendly staff are all we need and they failed on all 3 aspects
