Perfect Economical and Relaxing Stay

We had a good stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites. Their complimentary breakfast was very good with toast, bagels, egg McMuffin, sausages, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The sausages and biscuits and gravy are served on every other day it seems. There was also orange and apple juice and water. Also, at the LL floor, there was a swimming pool and gym. There rooms were very clean and got our beds made, got more towels, and got the bathroom cleaned every day that we stayed there.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was warm but small, water was a bit cloudy, and one light fixture was pulled out from the wall (looked unsafe). Hot tub was boarded up and out of service. Breakfast was limited to cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee, and biscuits with gravy and eggs; toaster only browned one side. Would not stay here again because of the lacking amenities as there are several better options in the same price range in the area.

Beautiful clean room with nice amenities but no wifi, clean, but facility looks under construction and renovation, parking lot ripped up, lobby smells like bleach, no restaurant, 2 of female staff at desk and housekeeping were rude, tatooed, unprofessional, rather hostile to various guests, not to me. Less than what I expected. Other front desk agents were great. A rather ugly facility overall and feels like the place will close soon.

False advertisement. Stated that there was Wi-Fi there was not they did not give you any heads up that there was no Wi-Fi at all. I found out when I got checked in after they charge my card because I heard them tell another person that there was no Wi-Fi. They told me that there was Wi-Fi only in the lobby that was a lie. They are refusing to refund anyone. The pool area barely had towels when you talk to the staff about needing items for your rooms. They just tell you they don’t know. The breakfast was not good. Sausage was floating in water. Ice machines were broken so you had to go to different floors to get ice.

We had no keenex, full garbage can, on bed had dirty sheets. They offered a different room on another floor, I said, just give us clean sheets & I'll make the bed myself. We had 2 rooms & didnt want to separate them because thw ther party needed physical help. I feel we should be refunded. They didn't seem to care!
