Turn off the lights and return the keys

Any damage or stains found to rugs or carpet will result in a 100.00 additional fee per stain.
Hot tub cover must be put on when done using, and reduce the temperature back to 85 degrees. Please limit the towels use to 2 per guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
